Handyman/Service Calls

For both home and commercial clients, our team is ready to tackle your to-do list! Examples: ceiling fan or light fixture installation, door or window trim repairs, drywall repair, interior painting for a make-ready or home refresh, and so much more!

In-House Permit Concierge, Plus: Drafting, Engineering, and Design Services Offered

We are happy to offer in-house concierge services for projects that require permitting from the city. If desired, client may also utilize the skills of our company partners in drafting, engineering, and/or design. The client will always be free to decide who handles these aspects of the project, if needed.

One Year Warranty

At Tackett and Frye, we stand behind our work.

All projects come standard with a One Year Warranty. In short, if anything comes up within one calendar year from the final walk-through, we will address the problem at no cost to our customer.

Each project, no matter the size or scope, comes standard with a One Year Warranty. If any issues arise within 1 calendar year of the final project walk-through, we will make corrections t no cost to the customer.
Our company and ALL team-members are licensed and fully insured, giving you the peace of mind that you, the home or business owner, will be protected in any situation.
We offer in-house permit concierge services for any project that requires permitting through the city or county. We also have partners in drafting and engineering available, per client preference.
We are happy to work with any 3rd party permitting, design, engineering, or drafting team. We also offer these services through our company partnerships - whatever the client prefers!
We offer handyman services for smaller projects.
Our service call minimum is $299 (labor only - 2 hours).
$75/hour will be charged after the initial 2 hours.
We will estimate the number of hours needed for any project, which will be calculated in the initial quote (subject to change). Final amount will include any materials required.
